1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and 92 Team ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the 92 Team website at 92team.app — including sports betting, Live Casino, Slot Games, Slots, Deposit, Withdrawal, VIP features or any other service offered — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of the platform, whether registered account holders or visitors browsing without an account. Certain features — including placing bets, depositing funds, and accessing the Live Casino — are only available to registered, verified account holders who have confirmed their eligibility.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. The date at the top of this page always reflects when the Terms were last revised.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any service on the 92 Team platform. This age restriction applies without exception to all features — sports betting, Live Casino, Slots, Slot Games, Deposit, Withdrawal and the VIP programme.

By registering an account, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not expressly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 92 Team platform. Creating duplicate, multiple or linked accounts — whether using the same details, the same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure.

During registration you are required to provide accurate personal details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. Do not share your account details with anyone else. 92 Team will never ask for your password via email, chat or any other channel.

You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, notify us immediately at [email protected].

Account verification is required before withdrawals can be processed. Verification is a one-time process and typically involves confirming your identity with basic documentation. Completing verification early — before you need to make a withdrawal — avoids delays later.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on the 92 Team platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. The available payment options and any applicable minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of your account.

Deposits are credited to your 92 Team account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. Processing times vary by method — JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically near-instant, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• All funds deposited must be from payment accounts held in your own name.
• Deposits made using third-party accounts or payment details not registered in your name may be voided and returned.
• Deposits are for gaming purposes only. Using the platform to process payments unrelated to gaming activity is prohibited.
• 92 Team does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees separately.

If a deposit does not appear in your balance within the expected timeframe, contact support with the transaction reference number and the payment method used.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. All withdrawals are paid out in PKR. Withdrawals can only be processed once account verification has been completed — this is a one-time requirement.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown in the Withdrawal section of your account. Processing times depend on the method selected and the verification status of your account. VIP members benefit from priority withdrawal processing as part of their programme benefits.

• Withdrawals are only paid to accounts held in the verified account holder's own name.
• Requests submitted before a specified daily cut-off time are typically processed within the same business day for verified accounts.
• Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn — see the Bonuses section below.
• 92 Team reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity appears unusual.

6 Betting Rules

Sports betting on 92 Team is available on cricket — including PSL, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic fixtures — as well as football, esports, tennis, basketball and other sports listed on the Betting section of the platform. Available markets, bet types and odds are displayed at the time of placing a bet.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. It is your responsibility to check all bet details — selection, stake amount and odds — before confirming. Bets placed in error are not refunded.

• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These are displayed at the point of placing the bet.
• In-play (live) betting markets close at various points during an event. Bets accepted before a market closes are settled according to the final result of that market.
• If an event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before a result is determined, bets are typically voided and stakes returned — specific rules per sport are detailed on the Betting page.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds — where the displayed odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical issue — do not constitute a valid bet. 92 Team reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous odds.
• Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance and are available for withdrawal or further play.

92 Team reserves the right to limit, suspend or close the betting access of any account where unusual or suspicious betting patterns are identified. This includes, but is not limited to, arbitrage activity, use of automated betting tools or coordinated wagering activity across multiple accounts.

7 Live Casino & Slots

The Live Casino section of 92 Team offers real-dealer games — including Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and other live table games — streamed in real time. The Slots and Slot Games sections offer a range of slot titles with varying themes, volatility and bonus features.

All casino and slot games use certified random number generation (RNG) systems or, in the case of live games, physical dealing by a real dealer in a controlled environment. Game outcomes are not influenced by previous results, bet sizes or account history.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session or a slot game spin, the round will be settled according to the game's standard completion rules. Bets already placed at the time of disconnection are not refunded.
• Game malfunctions — where a genuine technical error results in an incorrect outcome — void all affected rounds. Stakes are returned in such cases.
• Slot and casino game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) vary by title. This information is available within each game's help or info section.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

92 Team offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered users from time to time — including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, free bets and VIP rewards. The specific terms attached to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games and expiry dates, are set out at the point the offer is made.

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be transferred to your withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made from the resulting balance.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at the time of expiry are forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, per household and per device. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in all bonuses being voided and the account being suspended.
• 92 Team reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a user has already opted in and met the conditions, the bonus already credited will still be honoured under the original terms.

VIP programme rewards operate under the separate terms outlined on the VIP page. VIP benefits are subject to continued eligibility based on account activity.

9 Responsible Gaming

92 Team takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform is designed for adult entertainment only and is not suitable as a source of income or a way to recover money that has been lost. All users are encouraged to set personal limits on how much they deposit and wager, and to monitor the time they spend on the platform.

• Set a clear budget before each session and do not exceed it, regardless of results.
• Do not chase losses by placing larger bets in an attempt to recover previous losses — this almost always leads to greater losses overall.

10 User Conduct

Users of the 92 Team platform are expected to behave honestly and in good faith at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of any balance:

• Creating more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform in any way.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, pricing mistakes or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other users or any form of coordinated activity designed to gain an unfair advantage.
• Any attempt to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing platform staff or other users via any communication channel.

92 Team reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. Where an investigation is ongoing, account access and withdrawal requests may be placed on hold until the matter is resolved.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 92 Team platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and all other materials — is owned by or licensed to 92 Team and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any platform content without our prior written consent.

The 92 Team name and logo are brand identifiers of the platform. Unauthorised use of these in any context — including on social media, third-party websites or printed materials — is prohibited.

12 Limitation of Liability

92 Team provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, freedom from technical errors or that the platform will always meet your specific requirements.

• 92 Team is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for any losses arising from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Technical issues — including disconnections, server interruptions or browser incompatibilities — do not entitle users to compensation beyond the return of any stake that was placed but not settled at the time of the fault.
• 92 Team is not responsible for third-party payment provider fees, delays or errors that occur outside of our direct control.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.

13 Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Any withdrawable balance at the time of closure will be processed to your verified payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements are forfeited upon account closure.

92 Team reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• We are required to do so to comply with applicable legal obligations.
• The account has shown no activity for an extended period (dormant account policy applies).
• Providing continued service to the account poses a financial, legal or reputational risk to the platform.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, 92 Team reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, such balances may be forfeited.

14 Changes to These Terms

92 Team reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations — we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users through the platform or via the contact details on your account.

Your continued use of the 92 Team platform after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

These Terms were last updated in June 2026. We recommend reviewing this page periodically, particularly before making any significant deposits or placing large wagers.
